Definition

The Genius Ai Autotrade is an extension of the Genius Ai trading algorithm. It is an automaton that places the orders of strategies from the Genius Ai algorithm directly at the broker and/or exchange. Genius Ai users use the Genius Ai Autotrade to fully automate Genius Ai algorithm operations, aimed at minimizing risk, psychological pressure, and managing position sizes.

Use

The Genius Ai Autotrade is reserved for Genius Station platform subscribers. The user must use the API keys, his username, and his password provided by his broker to connect to his account (s). He chooses the account (s) on which he wants the orders to be transmitted, selects whether he wishes to operate in a real account or in simulation, chooses the reference currency, and determines the assets on which he wishes to operate.

Metrics

The order is placed immediately, and the transaction speed is limited only by the restrictions imposed by the broker. The quantity of simultaneous orders is unlimited.

Compatibility

The Autotrade Genius Ai is compatible with the brokers referenced by Genius Ai, using a REST or FIX API, meeting the criteria and requirements of the specifications established by Genius Station.

Risk Management

The user determines whether Autotrade should trade aggressively or cautiously based on their profile and risk appetite. In cautious mode, the Autotrade Genius Ai only executes the part of the strategy with the best chance of success with 1 single lot. In aggressive mode, the user asks Autotrade Genius Ai to execute the entire strategy with the best position size optimization.

Risk Management

The Autotrade Genius Ai has automatic margin management (risk) according to the level of net liquidation in real time, the initial and maintenance risks, as well as the probability of success of the operation. Autotrade calculates the optimal lot exposure in order not to block the account at full margin. The user can force the exposure size limit.

Position Management

Operations requiring the sending of repeated transactions, such as ratchet operations, rebounds, or relief-reinforcements, are perfectly compatible with the Autotrade Genius Ai. Transactions are either sent directly to the broker or stored in Genius Ai waiting for the sending criteria to be triggered. The orders are OSO orders (order-sends-order) and protect against orphan operations, which are necessarily risky.

Tips for use

It is advisable to start the first trades in Autotrade with a single choice of assets and only one direction (long or short). It is not recommended to launch manual orders on the asset selected to operate with Autotrade due to the risk of hedging and orphan transactions.
